Bridge Therapy provides online mental health support to adults in Alberta. We are passionate about helping individuals live their lives to their fullest potential with authenticity, great boundaries, contagious self-confidence, and firm self-respect. We have experience helping adults struggling with boundaries, trauma, career transitions, emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, gender and sexual identity, sexual issues, and relationship issues. We form a complementary team with a broad base of professional expertise and interests to offer you the support you need.
We believe in the importance of a holistic, integrative, and collaborative approach to mental health support. We embrace an open-minded and open-hearted exploration of client concerns and the integration of a variety of counselling approaches based on client preferences, culture, and needs, including:
